ZERO3
Project long title
Data- and AI-supported human-centred zero defect manufacturing for sustainable production
Project description
The project is based on a "Sustainability Monitoring Platform" to be developed. This is intended to identify Zero3 potentials for individual companies.
ZERO3 addresses the factors resources, people and data.
The project focuses on the parameters resources, people and data. The "Sustainability Monitoring Platform" should recognise bottlenecks and identify potentials.
Recommendations for action, based on basic technologies, are intended to help align production sustainably in all respects and economically. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics developments are important here.
Use cases are defined at renowned industrial partners such as STIWA, BMW Motoren, ADLER, TIGER Coatings and FACC, which serve as implementation solutions in industrial practice.
Project result
The overall project goal is to improve the following sustainability parameters:
Zero Resource Loss, Zero Human Potential Loss & Zero Data Loss with a simultaneous increase in productivity in Austrian production companies.
Resource and emission optimisation, productivity increase, process stability and an increase in the efficiency of data use are the sub-goals addressed.
